Refund Policy
When credits come back on their own, and when a purchase can be refunded.
Last updated 25 October 2026
1. How purchases work
Credits are bought in single payments through PayPal. Nothing renews, so there is never a subscription charge to dispute or cancel, and credits do not expire.
2. Failed runs: credits come back automatically
If a generation or an edit fails, the credits it was charged are returned to your balance without you asking. If a batch succeeds in part, you are refunded for the images that failed. This includes a run that is declined by the content checks.
If a run failed and your balance did not recover, write to support@exbrush.com and we will put it right.
3. Refunding a purchase
You can ask for a full refund of a purchase within 14 days of making it, as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been spent.
The refund goes back to the PayPal payment it came from, and the credits are removed from your balance.
4. What is not refundable
- Credits that have been spent on a run that completed.
- A purchase from which any credits have been spent.
- A result you are not happy with. Models are unpredictable, and a completed run has been paid for on our side whatever it produced.
- The 20 credits a new account starts with, which were never paid for.
- Credits on an account closed for a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and received no credits, tell us at any time. A payment that PayPal holds as pending adds its credits once it completes; if it never does, you are not charged.
6. How to ask
Write to support@exbrush.com from the email address on your account, with the PayPal transaction ID and the date of the purchase. Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal; it is almost always quicker.
7. Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights consumer law gives you where you live and takes none of them away.
